Terms and Conditions

1. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
2. We are not responsible for any lost mails. Therefore, please choose registered mail instead of normal mail.
3. Items are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
4. We reserved the rights to edit the terms and conditions without prior notice.
5. All payments must be made within 48hrs after we sent out your invoice.
6. All customers' information will be kept confidential.
7. We are not responsible for any skin allergies to the products used.
   
8. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage. Customers have to choose the mode of delivery.

Payment Mode

1. POSB Bank Transfer: 002-34609-5 (Saving Account)
2. UOB Bank Transfer: 335-376-398-7 (Saving Account)
3. Payment must be made within 48hrs after your order is confirmed.
4. All payment must be made in advance including preorders. In any situation, whereby the item is out of stock, refund will be made.

Delivery Mode

1. Normal Postage: Item(s) will be mailed on the following day upon payment received. (ETA: 1-2 working days)
2. Registered Postage:Item(s) will be mailed on the following day upon payment received. (ETA: 3-4 working days)
